The Aji Limon (Lemon drop) chilli combined with whole limes, capsicum and garlic to create this wonderful fresh and zesty sauce that is great with fish and chicken, as well as a salad dressing and in stir fries.  
 
Great on its own or mixed with mayonniase or yoghurt. 
 
Ingredients: Aji Limon chilli, lime, capsicum, sugar, vinegar & garlic.
