A hot zesty chutney that incorporates the citrus tones of the Aji LImon chilli with the zest of the pineapple.  A great accompaniment to any meat for those who like it hot. 
 
Ingredients: Pineapple, Aji Limon, & Santa Fe chillis, vinegar, sugar, onion, ginger, garlic & spices.
