Candied Jalapeno, or Cowboy Candy as they are also known, are a spicy sweet and savour delight.  Great on cheese and crackers, burgers in salads or straight out of the jar for those so inclined.  You dont need to be a cowboy or cowgirl to enjoy these. 
 
Ingredients:  Jalapenos, sugar, vinegar, garlic & spices.
