Our 2019 Australian Food Awards Silver Medal winner,  this sauce combines the heat of Jalapeno chillis with coriander, lime, and yes, Tequila.   A marriage made in heaven. 
 
This sauce goes on everything, but is so at home on anything mexican, particularly nachos and tacos. 
 
Ingredients: Jalapeno, vinegar, coriander, garlic, Tequila & salt.
