Rock salt infused with our Jamaican Jerk Sauce with pieces of Chocloate Habanero, onion, garlic and spices, it is a great accompaniment to any meat and even roasted vegetables where you want to combine full flavour with a good heat.  So at home on BBQ, ribs and even in the slow cooker.  This is a great seasoning, rub or finishing salt.
