A traditional jerk, the heat of the Chocolate Habanero is combined with sping onions and mountains of spices.  Great as a marinade for both read meat and chicken, or used as a sauce.
 
Ingredients: Spring onion, Habanero chilli, coriander, vinegar, garlic, sugar, spices & salt.
